If you are traveling north on Hwy 85 from Gastonia or South Carolina, take exit 36 and turn left at the top of the ramp onto Hwy 16, the Brookshire.  At the first stop light turn left onto Hoskins Rd., (Burger King will be on your right), and travel one block to the next stop light and turn right onto Rozzelles Ferry Road.  Colonial Materials will be about half a mile down on your right.

If your are traveling south on Hwy 85 from Salisbury or Greensboro, turn right at exit 36 onto Hwy 16 and follow the above directions.

If your are traveling north on Hwy 77, take the left-hand exit onto the Brookshire Freeway (How 16) North and follow it across Hwy 85 and turn left at the first stop light onto Hoskins Road.  Go one block to the first stop light and turn right onto Rozzelles Ferry Road and Colonial Materials will be on your right approx. one half mile ahead.

If your are traveling south on Hwy 77 from Davidson or Statesville, go south on Hwy 85 and then turn right at exit 36 onto Hwy 16 North (Brookshire).  At the first stop light, turn left onto Hoskins Road and go one block to the next stop light and turn right onto Rozzelles Ferry Road.  Colonial Materials will be approx. one half mile on your right.
