From Charlotte, travel East on Independence, (Hwy 74), through Matthews and across the new 485.  At the next light, turn right on Stalling Road.  Go across the RR tracks and take the next right on Industrial and then right on Seaboard.  Colonial Materials will be on your right.  From Monroe, travel West on Independence and turn left on Stallings Road and follow the above directions.
